We are so confident that you will love the service provided but sometimes things do happen. If for any reason you find you are unhappy with any of the services please contact us within 48 hours. Within 48 hours we will be able to schedule a complimentary fix.  Any issues after 48 hours of your appointment will result in a full price for the next service provided. We guarantee 48hours because if anything goes wrong on our end there you will notice within the that time frame. Even if we cannot get you in within the 48 hours we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as we can.

Policies

 

Booking

 A card is required to make an appointment. You will NOT be charged upon booking. Keeping your card on file is ONLY used if you want to check-out with it or if you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice/no-show.

No Shows

All no show appointments will be subject to 75% of the service(s) booked plus tax. 

MINORS

Parental consent is required to book the following services for any client under the age of 18.

-Any lash service

-Sunless tanning

- Permanent Jewellery

At the first appointment the parent or guardian will be asked to sign a waiver form so they are too aware of any possible risks or side effects of each service. After signing it us up to the client and the parent/guardian if they would like to stay during the duration of the service. For future appointments the parent is not required to attend.

late cancellations

We understand life happens however we have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notification in place. If notice is given within less than 24-hours, your card on file will be subject to a 50% charge of the service(s) totals + tax. 

LATE arrival

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are going to be late. We cannot extend appointment times as it unfairly affects other client’s schedules. If there is enough time to finish the service or have ample notice and can possibly move around the next clients we are happy to do it. Anything later than 10 minutes with no notice will likely result in rescheduling the service.

CHILDREN 

We want you to be able to have the most relaxing experience so we ask you to try to avoid bringing any small children to your appointments without other supervision. Lash services especially are extremely hard because the client is asked to have their eyes closed for the duration of the appointment. However we do understand that you may need to bring them with you we just kindly ask that they stay with you and do not wander the studio unattended.
